Bloody Marys, and the non-alcoholic Virgin Mary, are frequently served in the morning, as are mimosas and screwdrivers, as well as later in the day.

ingredients
- 2 parts vodka
- 2-3 parts tomato juice
- salt and pepper
- worcestershire sauce
- tabasco
- pinch of celery salt
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- (optional pinch) cayenne pepper

Highball Glassmethod
- Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the lemon juice, worcestershire, horseradish, tobasco, tomato juice, and vodka.
- Shake until a frost forms.
- Pour the mix into a glass, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Decorate with a celery stick (optional).
