ingredients
- 1.5 cups low-fat or soy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2-1 Tbsp honey
- 1-2 Tsp lsa (linseed, soy & almond) or psyllium

Milkshake Glassmethod
Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding more milk as necessary, and pour into a tall glass. Drink immediately. Serves 1.
